9. augustil Riias toimunud erastamisoksjonil tunnistati Arco Investeeringute AS’ i osalusega ettevõtte SIA Prime Capital pakkumine elamumaa ostmiseks parimaks. Ostetavad kaks maatükki, 5,22 ja 80,97 hektari suurused, asuvad Läti Baltezersi eliitelamurajoonis Garkalne piirkonnas Riia lähistel.
Vastavalt oksjoni tingimustele makstakse 1 604 000 eurosest ostuhinnast 70% kuu aja jooksul ja ülejäänud käesoleva aasta 31.detsembriks.
„Meie eesmärk kõnealuste Riia lähistel asuvate maatükkide omandamisel on jätkata suuremahuliselt elamurajooni arendamist looduskaunis keskkonnas, kuhu Arco on juba välja arendanud 62 krunti 13,1 hektaril Mazais Baltezers rajoonis. Piirkonna teeb atraktiivseks männimets ja järvekallas, lätlaste jaoks on tegemist sama hinnatud piirkonnaga kui Tallinnas Merivälja või Pirita. Projekti realiseerimist saame alustada kohe,“ kommenteeris Arco Vara plaane Lätis ettevõtte juhatuse esimees Lembit Tampere ja lisas: „ Arco Vara grupi Läti tegevuse tugevdamise seisukohalt on tegemist väga olulise ja märkimisväärse sammuga.“
Lätis registreeritud SIA Prime Capital osanikud on Arco Investeeringute AS (70%) ja SIA Dreilini-Ulbroka-1 (30%).
